I already have production access, why can't I send?

If you're still seeing a warning after being granted production access by Amazon, check your EmailOctopus AWS settings. Your selected region should match the region that you were granted production access in (mentioned in the email you received from Amazon).

If they match and you're still seeing the warning, please double-check and then contact us.
