How to cancel my Pro plan?

You can cancel your EmailOctopus Pro plan at any time. You can do that in the Billing section of your account by clicking on the green "Cancel Pro plan" link.

Keep in mind that once you cancel your Pro plan and your subscription expires, you won't be able to send any campaigns if you store over 2,500 contacts on your account. Your automations will be paused, you'll lose access to your reports older than 30 days and you won't be able to add more users to your account. You'll also be more limited when it comes to using our other features, such as automations, sign-up forms and landing pages (you can read more about them here).

If you want to cancel because of an issue you're experiencing with EmailOctopus, please reach out to our Customer Success team for help.

We delete free accounts after one year of complete inactivity. To make sure you don't lose any data, sign in to your account at least once a year.
