My account has been compromised

If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, there are a few steps you should immediately take:

1) Double check to ensure the access was unauthorised and wasn't a colleague or other employee legitimately accessing the account unexpectedly.  

2) If you're certain the account has been compromised, then immediately reset your password.  This will sign out any existing sessions and ensure no one else can sign in again with the old password.  

Choose a new secure password and we highly recommend setting up two factor authentication (2FA).  This will help safeguard your account even further. 

3) If you have created an API key, you should revoke that as well and create a new API key.
