How to save an automated email as a template

Automated emails can be saved as templates. Your templates can then be easily accessed during future campaign or automation set up.

To save your automated email, go to your automation workflow, click on the dropdown menu on the side of your chosen email and select Save as template.

We will shortly be upgrading automation workflows, which will mean you will lose access to paused emails. If you have a paused email which you want to save the content of, you'll need to save it as a template.

Where can I find my saved templates?

They'll appear under the Templates tab. If you'd like to edit your template, you can do it there. 

While creating your campaign, you can select your pre-made templates by going to the Your Templates tab.
