Subscriber limit exceeded

If the list of subscribers exceeds the subscriber limit on your account, you will no longer be able to send emails on EmailOctopus. 

If you have exceeded the subscriber limit on your plan, you will have two options:

  1. Reduce the subscriber count - this could be done by deleting a list from your account or reducing the size of a list.
  2. Migrate to a larger plan - You can always upgrade to the appropriate plan to meet your subscriber needs. As your list grows, you may need to pay more to store and send emails to them.
