How to access and share the online version of your campaign

With every campaign you send in EmailOctopus, an online version is created with a URL that you can share with others. Here's info on where to find the online version.

To access the online version of your campaign, go to the Reports tab and click View report next to the selected campaign.

In the report screen of that campaign, click on the View email button. 

Here you will find a link to the web URL version of your email. You can copy the link directly from here or open your campaign in a new tab.

To access the online version of your automated email, go to the Automations section, and in the dropdown menu of a selected email choose the View report option.

Then click on the View email button. 

In the preview, you will find a link to the web URL version of your email. You can copy the link directly from here or open your campaign in a new tab.

The online version only appears for campaigns that were already sent. Drafts don't have an online version.
