Are bounces unsubscribed?

Yes, any contact that hard bounces (a permanent issue preventing the email from being delivered) will be unsubscribed.

Contacts that soft bounce repeatedly are automatically unsubscribed over time, to protect your sending reputation and avoid quota being used on addresses unlikely to receive your emails.
