Increasing your daily send quota or maximum send rate

If you're sending high-quality emails, you'll find that Amazon automatically increases your send limits before approaching them.

If, however, the system hasn't automatically increased your limits, open a new Service quota request on this page. Please make sure to do it for the same region where you connected your EmailOctopus Connect account.

Choose the “Sending Quota” option if you’d like to increase your daily send quota or tick "Sending rate" if you'd like to increase your sending rate and then click on “Request quota increase”.

Now type in the desired quota value and click “Request”.

Once submitted, you should receive a response within 48 hours, but often sooner. You can view your active cases in the Quota Request History tab.
