Why have I been suspended, and how do I appeal?

Amazon will suspend any account that violates their terms of service or sending policies. If you've been suspended and are not sure why, please check the email address that you used when registering for Amazon Web Services.

If you feel this was done in error or you've taken steps to resolve the issue that was flagged, the suspension can be appealed. See Amazon's support document for instructions on how to do so.
