Changing the name of your EmailOctopus account

You can change the name of your EmailOctopus account via the account settings in your dashboard. The name of your account should be your company or organisation name.

Your account name appears at the top of the sidebar on the left side of the EmailOctopus dashboard.

You can change it by clicking on the Brand tab and selecting Information from the drop-down menu. The name of your account should be your company or organisation name.
