Can I send transactional emails with EmailOctopus?
We don't currently have an option to provide SMTP connection to set up transactional emails. All emails must be created and sent through the EmailOctopus Dashboard.
What can I do?
You can send automated emails or regular campaigns to your subscribers.
If you're looking to connect your own SMTP for transactional emails, you might be interested in our EmailOctopus Connect service where you can use an Amazon Web Services account. This way you can send marketing emails through EmailOctopus Connect and set up transactional emails directly through Amazon SES.
