What are EmailOctopus's support hours and how soon will we respond
At EmailOctopus, we are available every day, with limited support on weekends. We respond to all support queries within 24 hours, although in most cases, it's much faster (with the exception of more technical cases that might need further investigation). Users on the Pro plan benefit from priority support, including unlimited chat support.
We offer limited support on UK bank holidays to give our team some well-deserved rest. While we are closed for regular support enquiries, we do keep an eye on anything urgent.
