Safelisting sender address and moving emails out of spam/junk tab

Email inboxes use filtering algorithms to determine where incoming emails should land in the inbox. Sometimes, these filters can wrongfully place emails in the junk or spam folder.

To prevent that, make sure to add the sender's email address to the allowlist. If the email lands in the spam folder, unmark emails as spam by moving them to the main inbox. These actions inform email providers that emails coming from approved senders should always land in the main inbox.

You can find instructions on how to do that for popular email clients here.
