Adding a file to an email
Direct attachments (PDF/Excel/Word Docs) are best avoided in email marketing. Sending a file to thousands of recipients can take a long while, and they make your email more likely to end up in spam. As such, we do not allow the adding of attachments to our emails.
Instead, we recommend uploading the file to a free file sharing service such as Google Drive or Dropbox and including the link in your email.
How to add a link to your file?
You can hyperlink the URL of your file to text, buttons and images.
To add a link to your text, highlight the selected phrase, find the "Insert Link" button from the box menu, and paste the URL you want to hyperlink.
To hyperlink your button, add a button to your email and click on it. You will see a field where you can enter a link to your file in the sidebar on the left.
To hyperlink an image, click on it and choose "Add link" from the sidebar on the left.
