Why do I need an AWS account?

If you are using EmailOctopus Connect, you need an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account to send emails. This helps keep your email marketing costs even lower.

EmailOctopus Connect saves money by connecting to a free AWS account. As your emails are sent through Amazon's infrastructure, our running costs are considerably lower than our competitors', which means we can pass those savings on to you.
