My automation isn't sending to imported contacts
If you're using the "contact added to list" trigger in your automation, but it isn't sending out to subscribers added via import, it's probably not set to send to imported contacts.
Click on your trigger to check the setting it's using. If it's not set to run on imported contacts, pause your automation, and edit the trigger to change that setting. When you're done, make sure to start the automation again.
Once a subscriber completes automation, they will be removed from there and will not receive any further emails, even if the time frames of the automation still apply.
