What's the difference between subscribers and emails?

On our pricing page, you can see that the cost of your monthly plan depends on "Subscribers" and "Emails".

Subscribers refer to the maximum number of contacts that you can store across all the lists in your account.

Emails indicate how many email messages you can send from your account in a month.

If you go above the maximum list size in a month, we will automatically upgrade your account to the appropriate tier. If you'd like to send more email messages in a month than your allowed Emails limit, you can upgrade your account manually on your subscription management page (learn more about upgrades and downgrades here).
