What is a list?
A list is a collection of email addresses that have opted into receiving your emails. You may have a list containing your website's users, for instance.
You can add users to the list manually in EmailOctopus, using our import functionality, via our forms or by using one of our integrations.
With EmailOctopus you can have as many, or as few, lists as you wish. We calculate your account level based upon the cumulative number of users within those lists. For example, 2 lists, exactly the same, each holding the same 1300 users would need to be on our Tuna plan - as we calculate this as 2600 contacts.
