Does EmailOctopus charge VAT?

Since most of our customers don't need to pay tax on our services, the prices shown on our website do not include VAT. That said, depending on your location, we may need to add applicable taxes required by local law to your final invoice. This is determined by the account details – specifically, your location and whether you're a business or a consumer. 

For example, as a consumer from the EU or UK, you'll be charged the appropriate VAT according to your country's fiscal regulations.
