We are delighted to say we are GDPR compliant, with your data securely stored on servers held with Amazon's data center in Ireland (EU). 

The UK's exit from the EU

The UK, where EmailOctopus is incorporated, left the EU on 31st December 2020. The European Commission have confirmed that the UK ensures an ‘essentially equivalent’ level of protection to that within the EU. This enables personal data to flow freely, without the need for SCC's, from the EU to the UK.
