Email address still showing as unverified in EmailOctopus

This article provides guidance on what to do if the email address you wish to verify is still showing as unverified in your EmailOctopus Connect account.

If you've definitely verified your email address, first check that the casing matches (i.e. if you verified john@yourdomain.com, don't send from JOHN@YourDomain.com).

If you're still receiving an error, check the region in the top right of your SES console. This value, e.g. 'Europe (Ireland)', must match the region set in your EmailOctopus AWS settings.
