Why did Amazon deny my request for production access?

We have no visibility over this process and so, unfortunately, cannot give you any insight as to why they've turned you down or what they seek when granting limit increases. Neither we do have any control in influencing these decisions.

We may support other email providers in the future but currently, we only work with AWS.
