How to create a landing page
A landing page is a stand-alone web page that includes a signup form where people can subscribe to your list. We host our landing pages, so you don't need your own domain to set one up.
To create one go to your list, click the Forms tab and choose Landing pages. From there you can "Create a landing page". Pick one of the templates as a base and start designing.
Edit the design
To design your landing page, you can drag and drop elements into the template and move them around. For example, you can change the image and background colour, as well as the default font settings in the Style tab.
You can also change the style and settings of your signup form by clicking on its elements and adjusting the style in the menu on the left.
Edit the sign up form
You can drag and drop fields into your form – First Name and Last Name are the default ones, but you can create other custom fields to include here (see Adding New Fields). If you would like to edit the field itself, just click on it once it's been placed on your form.
If you would like to edit the field itself, just click on it once it's been placed on your form.
There, you can also decide whether the field will be regular or hidden (hidden fields allow you to segment your subscribers without them having to submit that data – for example, everybody signing up through a form published on your landing page could have a field "from landing page" assigned to them).
If you tick the box to make it a required field, your subscriber will need to fill it out before submitting the form.
In Settings, you can choose the part of your landing page URL showing after [accountdomain].eopages.com/. Your account domain name is generated automatically based on your team name, but you can change it any time in your Account Settings.
There, you can also set up your SEO settings, analytics IDs and redirect your subscribers to a different page after submitting the form by placing the URL under the Redirect URL.
Use the Preview tab to see how your landing page looks on desktop and mobile. Once you're happy with your design, you can either publish it or save it as a Draft.
Once published, your landing page will be available under the URL you chose in the Settings.
