My campaign or automation is being reviewed

Sometimes, especially if you're a new EmailOctopus user and have just sent your first campaign or started your first automation, you may see that its status has changed to "under review". This means one of our team members is reviewing your email to make sure it complies with anti-spam regulations. This helps maintain our reputation with inbox providers and make sure your emails land where they should.

This is not a recurring check, and it doesn't mean your future campaigns will also be reviewed. In most cases, the review process only takes a few minutes, but we appreciate your waiting – these occasional checks help us maintain our great deliverability. As soon as your campaign starts sending or your automation goes live, we'll notify you by email, and its status will be updated in your EmailOctopus account.

While we strive to review all campaigns and automations as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays, especially over the weekend when our coverage is limited. We're working on making this process as smooth as possible for our users, so we appreciate your patience.
