Do you offer a free trial?

While we don’t offer a free trial, you can test our platform with the free Starter plan. This plan is free forever and includes all the features we offer, with a few limitations:

• As a free user, you can store up to 2,500 contacts and send up to 10,000 emails monthly.
• After every campaign, we generate a detailed report, which, on a free plan, is available to you for 30 days.
• There’s a limit of one user per account on our Starter plan.
• You'll be able to use up to 10 fields and 10 tags per list
• You'll be able to create up to three automations, landing pages and forms.
• Each automation you create can have up to five steps (excluding the trigger). 
• You’ll need to include a link to EmailOctopus in your campaigns, which simultaneously serves as a referral program.
• On the free Starter plan, you can access our live chat support for the first 30 days.

If you're unsure whether we're the right service for you, we recommend signing up for this plan so you can test it out and upgrade once you've tried us out.

Once you've upgraded to a Pro plan, you can downgrade anytime, as all our plans are offered on a rolling monthly basis.
